Building the part
nobody here builds

TorqueFusion Robotics is a deep-tech hardware company in Pune. We design and manufacture the precision actuators that Indian robotics currently imports.

Why we started

The bottleneck
is mechanical

India has robotics talent, capital and demand. What it does not have is a domestic supply of precision reducers and integrated actuators. Roughly nine in ten come from Japan or China.

That single dependency sets the cost, the lead time and the design ceiling for every robot built here. We started TorqueFusion to remove it — beginning with the actuator, the highest-value module in the machine.

The long-term goal is not to sell parts. It is to build complete robots on an actuator platform we own.

What we do
in-house

Mechanical design, motor-control electronics, firmware and test all sit under one roof. That is what lets us change a ratio, a flange or a connector position for a customer without waiting on anyone else's schedule.

MECHANICAL DESIGN

Gear geometry & housings

Cycloidal and planetary reduction design, tolerance stack-up, bearing selection, thermal path and the manufacturing route to produce it — backed by more than seventeen years of precision design practice across automotive and industrial manufacturing.

ELECTRONICS & FIRMWARE

Control from the ground up

Our own field-oriented controller, gate driver stage, dual absolute encoder interface and CAN-FD protocol stack — designed for the actuator envelope rather than adapted to fit it.

TEST & VALIDATION

Every claim measured

Dynamometer runs, backlash measurement, thermal soak and endurance cycling on our own bench. If a figure appears on a datasheet, we recorded it here.

DEPLOYED SYSTEMS

i-VISION in the field

Our industrial safety line is installed and running in plants across Pune's industrial belt — real commissioning experience that feeds straight back into how we build and support hardware.

MEASURED

Every number is tested

If it appears on a datasheet, we measured it on our own bench. We would rather publish a smaller number than an unverified one.

OWNED

Design stays in-house

Gear geometry, controller hardware and firmware are ours. That is what lets us change a ratio or a flange for a customer without asking a supplier.
